Sound and Sound Art therapy for the modern world that helps you lean into to what you need to live a more empowered, energised life.

I’m Grace, and I’m all about bringing a sense of Northern realness to the world of sound therapy.

As a person who has not only spent an entire career in music and arts, but also someone who was given a voice when I had no words thanks to the science of sound, I’ve made it my mission to bring sound therapies to as many communities as possible.

Because I KNOW that sound and sound art therapy can change lives.

It has the power to help people realise their own truth and take back control of their future.

It heals. It empowers. It’s all round transformative.

My sessions cut through the BS and take you to a place where time stands still, and you can step into a space where your wellbeing comes first.

What can you expect from me?

  • A down to earth approach...

I’m a Northern lass through and through. I can promise you, Flow Wild is a no BS space. No woo. No frills. Just real life support and sound from someone who will never use the word ‘namaste’.

  • Genuine Empathy

I’ve been in some really dark places. And I know I’m far from ‘healed’. It’s a life-long process and while I might not understand what you’re going through, I can sympathise.

  • Tons of knowledge

I know what I’m talking about. Not only am I a trained musician, qualified teacher and BAST qualified Sound and Sound Arts Therapist, but I’ve worked in the creative arts engagement space for 15 years and have spent 7 years in copious, in-depth training. I take my work super seriously.

  • Permission to play...

While I take my work seriously, I try to inject as much play as possible into my ‘real life’. Sound can help you discover newfound layers of yourself - be curious! See what you can find.

  • A big dollop of inspiration...

I strive to make all of my sessions reflective practices. I’m not here to tell you what to think and feel, but rather encourage you to feel into the senses of your body and mind and see what sound can unearth.
